I made the mistake of running this circuit - please don’t. Just walk it. It’s way too hilly and unstable. It will take you a while, as you can stretch this route between 5 and 10k. The views are pret…Full review by bennkingg

It can be used by walkers or wheelchairs and prams. From the start of the National Park, there is a sealed Path for more than 1 km around the shoreline. You need to get in really early to get a park! There is a cafe at the beginning of the walk as well as toilets. I'm not sure how good the cafe is as we only bought ice-creams after we completed the walk (with a 3 and 5 year old).

Parking at Sunshine Beach is less congested than Noosa, and easier to access if driving from Coolum. The track is rougher and tougher than the walks from starting from Coolum though. So, if you just after the bushwalks, consider Sunshine Beach, but otherwise head to Noosa early (dawn) to park and spend some time on Hastings Street or the beach afterwards.
Does anybody know about Noosa National park opening hours? or it can be accessed at anytime? TKS!

National Parks are open 24 / 7 there were no gates at the entrance - it is free to go in and you can visit anytime - parking is at a premium so very early am and late pm and when there is no surf (popular surfing spots at the entrance and at one of the beaches) might be better
