We enjoyed the paths through the estuary. We didn’t see much wildlife but liked the signs along the way. The movie explaining the ecosystem was good. There were a lot of relics and so much to learn. …Full review by Tour49

Yes. On a leash of course. I believe that is the rule on all public parks. For more than one good reason. Some time ago my husband and I met a man who told us about taking his unleashed dog on a walk. The dog saw something in a ditch that interested it. And in the ditch a hungry alligator was lurking. End of dog. End of story. Also there are some venomous snakes in the area. We saw only a few very small geckos. But it's a good idea to keep your eyes open for the safety of both you and your dog.
