Captain Gene was amazing!! Even though it was hot out, the ride was cool and breezy. We saw an Osprey, and learned a lot about mangroves and local wildlife.Full review by Teresa G

Do you make reservations for the boat tour or are they available multiple times per day upon walk up?

How much is outside, and how much is outside? Have friends coming in August and am concerned about heat and bugs!

In February, only the talks were outside in the front. To gain access for the boat ride, which I highly recommend, you need to get a wrist band and it's through the exhibits.

You could do a $135 membership which is good for 5 adults and 4 children. Great place for families.
