I am an alumnus of New York University and graduate from The Training Institute for Mental Health where I performed advanced studies in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience in working with people who have struggled with anxiety, loss, depression, low self-esteem, anger, addiction, obsessional behavior, lack of trust, and more. I work with individuals to understand their symptoms and to help them take the steps necessary to find balance by learning to manage or eliminate their difficulties.
