The Billings Industrial Revitalization District, (BIRD) Inc. is a non-profit group created by the business and property owners of the East Billings Urban Renewal District (EBURD.) The EBURD is where the commercial life of the City of Billings was born and still houses some of the most important components of the state’s economic engine.
