I would even go as far — visit the center definitely without booking a tour. Take your time, use some very comfortable foot wear and seek out every little corner from the walk ways …

I would even go as far — visit the center definitely without booking a tour. Take your time, use some very comfortable foot wear and seek out every little corner from the walk ways along the sea (Paradão) out towards the Marina & the Fort and keep heading North via Casa da Guia to Guincho and if it makes sense keep going to Cabo the Roca.

Hi are there any hotels who allow non staying guests to use their pool?

Not sure. There is a big pool in the Oeiras Marina which looked public. You might want to ping them by email. Google search portoderecreio oeirasviva

Yes. There are craft stalls and shops, especially the ones selling bags, wallets etc made from Cork.
