Is it worth membership for family of 2 adults, 2 kids if only planning to go 1-2 times/yr? There seems to be lots of stuff you have to add-on separate for so just looking for most cost effective way. Interested in general museum, kids museum, Apollo exhibit and Holocaust museum admission.

I see you are not in Cincinnati and will visit maybe 2 times a year. In that case membership is more of a philanthropic endeavor than an economic advantage. I’d say pay as you go, unless you visit during the major holidays. There are advantages for members: reduced lines for example. But in your case I think membership doesn’t necessarily make sense.
