Fun to climb up the Monument and read the boards on each level, giving detailed information about Ecuador. Views are outstanding from the top! Many shops with mementoes in the area.Full review by EileenMtShasta

We drove about 1 hour to get to this place from our hotel in Quito. Fairly well maintained, however the elevator to get to the top is always broken.Full review by RaviA651

I’m sorry. We did not have luggage with us so I didn’t notice if there is a storage area. You wouldn’t have a problem keeping a large backpack with you while You tour the grounds.
When I visited Mitad del Mundo in late May there was an artist exhibiting his work near the "line". I took his portrait at his studio but lost his name and adress there. Can you provide his name and email address so I can send him the photo? Many thanks.
