Really interesting visit. Great value for money. The staff doing the tours are brilliant all in character. Only issue was lack of options for lunch. But definitely recommend a visit. Full review by 679kirstys

Toronto to Kingston is about 3 hours away. Yes, you can get there but it would take a long time. Their is both trains and buses that come to Kingston from Toronto but neither station is really close to the fort. Only way to easily get to the fort from either station is a taxi. If you like historical sites, Castle Loma is Toronto is amazing. You can get a 'City Pass' for Toronto that includes most of the top attractions.
I believe it cost $16 for seniors, reduced rate for veterans/ retired military. There may be a web. Site with the latest admission prices. We were there at the end of July.
