Yes they have a resturant and the food was some of the best we had on our trip. I really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere too. Also iced coffee was the best I've ever had... I will always remeber it lol. Service is a touch slow and menu is touch expensive but I think worth it for sure.

The tour is only half an hour, but there are exhibits to see outside of this, including how the silk is harvested and processed. There's a coffee shop and a store selling silk products. Children that are accustomed to cultural visits and interested in social history would enjoy it.
