Hi, I wonder if anybody can give advice on the easiest way to get from the cruise port to the Castle. Any other suggestions about La Spezia? I have been to Port V and Cinque T twice so thought I might explore La Spezia this time. Have asked TI but no help there... Basically said "nothing in La Spezia", I refuse to believe that!

Might be too late but at the Cruise port look up and you will see the "castle". We liked La Spezia. Had one of the most enchanting water fountain parks I have ever seen. It is beautiful day or night and a perfect place to sit in the quiet or chat while you have a Gelato. Not a tourist town, maybe that is why we liked it.
