They are open limited days as it is a private residence. Hope this helps. Good website, may answer that question. I doubt they do tours in rain, so I would guess so, but call to be sure how that works.

We usually do not allow food on the grounds but it is permitted for visiting school groups who must bring garbage bags and take the trash back with them to the schools.
