DVLC is a vibrant, nurturing community of learning which for 40 years has provided education in creative, caring ways, meeting needs that are not filled by traditional learning venues. Our vision is to Stir Change, Nurture Possibility, and Create Opportunities. We do this by caring for our students’ individual needs and keeping our classes small and friendly. DVLC is an RTO offering Nationally Registered Certificates that opens employment opportunities, a Learn Local offering Short Course for new skills, and Neighbourhood House providing Lifestyle Courses to add fun.
