Meadow House offers dedicated care for people with a physical disability, specialising in care for people with multiple sclerosis. This purpose built, single storey home was opened in 1989 and has built up an enviable reputation in both the local and wider community for its outstanding care. Extended recently, it has been sympathetically designed to offer a range of single rooms, a welcoming reception area, large lounges, dining room and a separate Activities Centre, all of which are available for our residents and their guests to enjoy. Meadow House is situated on the outskirts of the pretty market town of Swaffham, near to a range of shops and amenities.
