You can see the volcano from the city. Because of the eruptions, access to the crater is denied. You can take an ATV ride to the lava fields. Start at Caswaga ruins. Haggle the …

Go there around before 7 am, no clouds yet covering Mt. Mayon and not too many people. Hope that helps :)
