My wife uses an Electric Service Vehicle to get around -- completely unable to walk. Will she be able to accompany me on the birding trail and/or other trails through the park? We plan to visit in February 2018.

The main trail is basically a well maintained dirt road on top of a dike. I think an electric hover round or wheelchair could navigate it. However it is in the sun and nothing out there.
