Temps in the mid 80's on Tuesday. Go early-there are a million people on the trail and it is well marked. Take plenty of water and some snacks.

If you go up and down from the Echo Canyon trailhead, you can definitely do it in 2-3 hours. If you do the whole length from Echo Canyon to Cholla trailhead or vice versa and have to get an Uber or walk back to your car, maybe not.

It depends on the time of day! It can be 114 degrees at 1 PM. Best to hike VERY early in the AM and bring more water than you think you need. Lately the average temp has been 104.
