Hi, all depends how high you jump from I reckon. It could become dislodged after hitting the water from 5m:-) and you go underwater quite deep. Also you spend a lot of the time in the water. I did not take my phone but wished I had brought my go pro along. It could work but I would use a good quality waterproof holder.
