Very interesting area to walk around and take pictures of unique buildings. Located in city centre. There are also elevators for those who need them.Full review by johndaunt

There are two elevators which can be used to go up or down from/to the Old City: one from "Plateau du Saint Esprit" / "Cité Judiciaire" on top or the Updown bar on the bottom, the …

There are two elevators which can be used to go up or down from/to the Old City: one from "Plateau du Saint Esprit" / "Cité Judiciaire" on top or the Updown bar on the bottom, the other, newer one is on the opposite side, close to "Fondation Pescadore" known as "Pfaffenthal Lift" which is quite new and made of glass which gives you nice views over "Fort Obergrünewald" and "Draï Eechelen". Both are free to use and open from 05:00 to 24:00 at least

2 lifts, about 1 km distance between them, free to use, no operator. 1 lift close to the Grand Duchesse-Charlotte Bridge (large bridge, painted in red), the 2nd lift in the Cité Judiciaire. Makes life easy to explore the city. Hope this helps.
