Two museums in one, the Prairie Museum of Art and History contains extensive galleries of glass, ceramics, toys, dolls and more for the art and antique lover, and six historic buildings for the history buff. A family-friendly space with a dedicated Kids Corner, operating model train, mechanical horse and lots of hands-on options. Buildings include a sod house, country church, 1930s farmhouse, one-room school, and the largest barn in Kansas. The main building holds eleven galleries of antiques plus exhibits on high plains history and military history.
