What's good to wear? How casual/fancy is the attire?

We truly see a range of attire here at the theater. Dressy casual or business casual are the most common. Jeans are absolutely fine. Just be comfortable and enjoy!

Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to stand sometimes? I have never been to the Purple Rose and we are going to see Jukebox at the Algonquin on September 2, 2023. I reserved a seat at the top next to the aisle so I can stand when my back and hip act up. There was no button to post a question so I posted here. TIA
