My son and I had a great experience here! Jayden was a great tour guide but if youre in the back you can't hear most of the tour. Wear comfy shoes and be ready to walk. The tour moves pretty quickly …Full review by 537autumnd

Is it consider safe for toddlers?

I would not recommend. It’s very narrow & crowded, there’s a lot of walking and steps, it’s a little slippery, and there’s a point when you reach the falls that it’s complete darkness.

I'm sorry I can't help you because we bought tickets on sight upon arrival. We had no problems obtaining tickets that day.
