No. Sugarloaf Ridge is a State Park. We accept the CA State Parks Pass, The Sugarloaf Ridge State Park Pass and the Jack London State Park Pass. You can use your County Pass at the Hood Mt. Regional Park at either the Pythian Road Parking Lot or the Los Alamos Road parking lot.

I have a question regarding the "dip" in the road: I am pulling a fifth-wheel, should I be concerned about this dip?

Yes. The dip limits the size of trailers that can get into the campground. About 28 foot rv and 24 foot trailer is the limit.
