Tips are appreciated based on customer satisfaction but are not required. Our pilots are the "Tour Guides" of the helicopter route you have chosen. They are meant to point out the attractions and cool things to see from the air unless you specifically tell them you do not want a narrator. Our pilots at MaxFlight get a range of tips from 5% to 20%. Hope this helps.
