We arrived by 8:00 am, not 1 bird to be seen on the boardwalk. Birding is not a science, so hopefully there are birds that do come here. There is parking for about 30 cars, and bus and rv parking.…Full review by Cynthia W

Hi Diane, no unfortunately not. No dogs are permitted. But there is a beautiful dog beach at Spanish River Park in Boca Raton with nice birding and nature walks!
