Is it possible to see Cabo San Juan on a cruise day 9am till 5pm from Santa Marta cruise port, with two kids (ages 2 and 6) via taxi or boat (heard the boat is too dangerous though)?

1 hour to the entrance, check and tickets, minibus to start of trails, then a significant walk to the beaches. The 6 year old might struggle but carrying a 2 year old will be difficult. The boat will be very lively. We are fit but in the end got a horse back from the beaches to the start of the walk. I wouldn’t do it with young kids!
