Rent a golf cart/ car/ scooter, pack a cooler and enjoy. Tons of little beaches and places to spread out. Count the wild horses on your way out, I lost count around 30. Worth the trip! Full review by Breanna G

Hi, you can go to Ceiba and use the ferry there to go to Vieques. Terminal de Carros Públicos in rio piedras will offer you a ride there pretty cheap.
