Fascinating part of Tokyo. You can experience the "old" Tokyo (very different from the modern parts of the City). Highly recommend. Off the beaten track but worth it.Full review by JLD2312

I don’t think I completely understand your question. This is a shopping street/area not really a market. You can go any time of the day during shop hours. There is a few nice coffee places. It’s a nice stroll and you get a local feeling of Tokyo but for shopping I would go elsewhere. It’s quite pricey.
