Little Italy is always a favorite stop in a big city. Unfortunately, it has become quite “Little” in Baltimore. Fortunately, however, it still has some of the best Italian food and pastries!!!Full review by DannyD81

I was at a religious conference in Baltimore, and was staying near Little Italy. I didn't have time to stop at any bakeireis, but it was a neat little area to walk through. Full review by elcentro1
