Staff were rude. All tours were full so they said we could book online for later that day. We stood out of the way as it was raining and logged on. We were just about to finish when a member of staff… Full review by Gem23

Good to see all the history but the tour was a little flat. You have to scan each code and listen and there’s so many it just lost its edge for us. We also had to rush to make the last chocolate ta… Full review by stevenwS9985OE

Great for kids and adults alike with a well constructed narrative that affords visitors the opportunity to connect the high level story while dwelling on the detail (if they wish). Took a few minut… Full review by Mark I
Αξίζει η επίσκεψη στο μουσείο με δύο παιδιά 5 και 7 ετών; Ή «ξενάγηση» είναι στα αγγλικά ; Υπάρχει κάποιο εργαστήριο που φτιάχνουμε οι ίδιοι τις σοκολάτες μας; Καλά κατάλαβα;

Hope you can translate this okay! The tour is self guided with little audio units that you tap onto different points in the museum. It's available in Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish but unfortunately not Greek as far as I can tell. The English edition had a children's and an adults version. Our daughter, who is 7, enjoyed it in English (her first language), your children may find it less enjoyable if they don't understand the commentary. There were videos, games and interactive displays on the way round so it isn't all audio, but the audio is a big part of it. The standard ticket comes with the self guided tour, a demonstration, and some samples of chocolate at the end. You can choose to pay more and do a workshop to make your own chocolate if you would like to. They sounded fun but we decided it was too much for us and the standard ticket filled about 1.5-2 hours of a very rainy day. Hope that helps!
