Fairview Township is a township in York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 17,448 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.7 square miles, of which 35.6 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles, or 0.17%, is water.
