Unfortunately, our visit was met with disappointment, as it was locked down due to a violent knife attack the day before. We could not walk through it.Full review by Alien W

Well done showing of a dark past. We were in february, and it was not too easy to walk through the stones on the icy surface. But it was worth the feeling.Full review by Beagamax
I have read a bit regarding the outdoor memorial in all of the comments. Has anyone a comment regarding the Info Center and presentations there? thanks,

In the first row this is not a museum, it's only monument of granite gray blocks near by Brandenburg tor. If you like to know more about this, you should visit a museum which is on the left side of monument, below the road. Pls, check only what is an appropriate ege to enter in this museum. I did not visit it because there was a long queue.

It is a good question. I definitely agree that the audio guide would not be appropriate. Personally, I found this museum to be very moving, but I donāt recall there to be many graphic pictures of dead bodies etc. I would focus less on the enormity of the tragedy and instead look at the individual stories of those who perished. There is one room which details letters sent by those who later died and that would be something a 12 year old would be able to comprehend. To conclude, I would only take a mature 12 year old child here.
