The falls had no water, was a waste of time. Beautiful park otherwise looked like a nice place to let the kids play. Just need to add water!Full review by Jerald H

We drove by on a Sunday and access/parking at the top of the falls was closed. However, we drove around again and my husband dropped me off and I was able to get several great photos of the falls. We did notice a small parking area on the side which could accommodate two cars. Now I’m talking about accessing the falls alone as we were just passing through the area. There were other people there who accessed the falls from a trail that came from the park. I would think the park would have numerous parking places. Hopefully a local will answer the specifics about access, but this is what we experienced as we passed through Wichita Falls.
Do you have motorized scooters for handicap access?

I'm sorry, but I don't work there. I was just a visitor. I didn't see any motorized wheelchairs for rent. You might contact their Visitor Center for your question.
Sorry to learn that the Falls closed @ 5pm (that was my arrival time in Wichita Falls! & I must leave very early in the morning. Disappointing as Water Falls are primary on my extended road trip.

You can go under the bridge and access the falls from a sidewalk that extends up the hill that has a small parking spot for two cars. This is available during off hours.
