How far away is this bay from where the cruise ships port. Will there be taxis at the port to take us around town. Can we rent a car to drive ourselves around. Any suggestions would be helpful.

The bay views are only 5 mins by car from the Port Be ready however to encounter horrendous traffic I do not recommend you driving yourself. Taxis are difficult. There are MANY dishonest drivers. I suggest hiring a car and driver $30 USD a day will get you all about Manila. A tour group is a good idea - safety in numbers
