Lovely visit on a super sunny day! Quite a walk to the nearest hide but accessible routes for those less abled. Saw some nice birds and enjoyed the peaceful woodland, seashore and heathland areas. …Full review by KimM750

No, you need to park in the RSPB car park and then there are a variety of walks that you can take which are longer or shorter. It very much depends upon what you mean by "only walk …

No, you need to park in the RSPB car park and then there are a variety of walks that you can take which are longer or shorter. It very much depends upon what you mean by "only walk shorter distances". I believe the shortest circular walk is the blue route which is called the "Easy Access Trail" which takes 30 minutes. Then the yellow and green trails which are each 1 hour and then the red route which is 1.75 hours. Hope this is helpful ?

Parts of it definitely are. Many of the paths are wide enough and smooth enough to take a mobility scooter. The problems come when walking between trees and the roots have come up through the path. You should certainly get some pleasure from a visit using what access is suitable for your scooter.
