How does a visitor find a guide for the trail down from the top?

There are signs to direct you along the trail to the cave, bridge, lagoon, etc and they are in English as well as Spanish. There is also a map at the beginning of the trials near the statue …

We were able to wonder freely. I read reviews before we went in Feb. and decided I didn’t want a guide. When you go into the building to buy your tickets they try to help you and I just said no thanks don’t need a guide (had to say a few times) so we were able to wonder around as much as we wanted. Hiked to see the lagoon and cave and bridge etc.
