Yet to be seen…I just received my Pilates reformer and the entire pulley system and ropes, straps etc are missing. So disappointed! Customer service hours are like bank hours 7:30-5 and 8-3 on Friday… Full review by Corby Rowse Short

I have had a Stamina rower for about a year now. I was unable to use it for about four months, due to a defective part. It was like pulling teeth to get the part mailed to me. No one returned my call… Full review by Laurie Lynn
