Maple Plain is a town in Barron County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 844 at the 2020 census, up from 803 at the 2010 census. Maple Plain is in the northwest corner of Barron County, with Polk County to the west and Burnett County to the north. Sand Lake and Beaver Dam Lake cross the town from northwest to southeast. Wisconsin Highway 48 crosses the southwest portion of the town, leading southeast to Cumberland and west to Luck.
