Is the walk down slippery? Do you think I can walk down the trail with a pair of slippers?
A:
You can use a pair of slippers if you wish, however the walk is not slippery but some of the steps are large. Get a great driver / guide to help you down, it’s really well worth the effort.
Depends on what you want, Tegenungan is more touristy and bigger but Tibumana has less stairs and you are more likely to get a photo without other people
The last time I went there it wasn't slippery at all. I would say that the walk from car park to the waterfall is very easy, probably just 200m. The path is not challenging at all.
I don't see a problem bringing your puppy there. I didn't see any "No Pet" sign. The path towards the waterfall from parking area is an easy way in. Perhaps 200m.
