Ambulance patients headed to Duke Hospital are temporarily being sent to other hospitals after a pipe burst in its facility late Thursday evening.

Cleanup at Duke University Hospital entered its second day Saturday after a burst pipe flooded the hospital’s emergency department a day earlier.

We urge members of the public to seek emergency care at other area hospitals or an urgent care center if possible.”
