Mike Vrabel had a message for fans after being introduced as the New England Patriots head coach. Patriots fans have been told to be patient during the ongoing rebuild. Vrabel understands the idea of being patient, but at the same time, he wants to field a team fans can be proud of right out of the gates.

Another reported candidate, Browns tight ends coach/pass game specialist Tommy Rees, looks to be off the board. Cleveland promoted Rees to offensive coordinator Tuesday afternoon, following his first and only season with the organization. Vrabel worked with Rees last year, when he served in a hybrid coach/consultant role for the Browns.
