This is a package the Grizzlies could use to try to upgrade the roster. Clarke and Kennard both have their uses as key reserves for the Grizzlies, but they aren’t essential to what they’re building. Clarke has been good for the Grizzlies this season after recovering from an Achilles injury last year, so he’s not a mere throw-in.
