Stephen Curry bounced back from a four-point first half with five second-half 3-pointers and the Golden State Warriors rallied to overcome Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's 52 points and stun the Oklahoma City Thunder 116-109 on Wednesday night in San Francisco.

NBA fans everywhere couldn't believe what they were seeing from Gilgeous-Alexander in the first quarter. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is getting his buckets, but he is also finding a way to do damage at the free throw line.

The Oklahoma City Thunder, the NBA's top team, got 52 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the NBA's leading scorer, on Wednesday. It wasn't enough to defeat a team just hovering above .500.

Despite Alexander's 52-point performance, the Western Conference-leading Thunder fell short on the road against the Warriors at Chase Center. For Golden State, Andrew Wiggins led the charge with 27 points, while Stephen Curry finished with 21 points.
