FRIDAY, March 21, 2025 (HealthDay News) -- Nestle USA is recalling some frozen meals due to the possible presence of wood-like material, which could cause choking. The recall affects certain Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s products with best-before dates from September 2025 to April 2026.

After reports surfaced of a choking incident involving one of its frozen meals, Nestle issued a voluntary recall and said it detected a “wood-like” substance in some of its products.
