ADNOC Gas has signed a 14-year agreement to supply up to 1.2 million tonnes per annum of LNG to Indian Oil, valued at between $7 billion and $9 billion.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) will supply 2.5 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to India's Bharat Petroleum Corp under a new five year deal, sources with knowledge of the matter said on Monday.

The deal formalises a previous Heads of Agreement between the two companies and strengthens the long-standing energy partnership between the UAE and India.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the nation's largest oil firm, has signed a USD 7-9 billion deal to import LNG from UAE on a long-term 14-year contract.

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 13. ADNOC Gas has finalized a 14-year sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IndianOil) for the export of up to 1.2 million tons per annum (mtpa) of LNG, Trend reports.

Indian Oil Corp is in talks with U.S. firm Cheniere Energy for a 15-year liquefied natural gas deal, with volumes between 1.5 million to 2 million metric tons per year, said a company source on Tuesday on the sidelines of the India Energy Week conference.
