Strikes hit Sanaa, Yemen’s rebel-held capital, as well as their stronghold of Saada in the country’s northwest on Wednesday night, the Houthi’s al-Maisrah satellite news channel reported.

The Israeli military intercepted a missile launched by Yemen’s Houthi rebels early Thursday morning, the second to target Israel since the Gaza ceasefire collasped on Tuesday, and as the United States’ campaign of airstrikes against the group intensifies.

The US launched more than 10 strikes on several targets across Yemen overnight including Saada province, and the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah. Houthi-run Al Masirah TV reported that “a strike by the US aggression” attacked the Saada governorate,
