BALTIMORE — Johns Hopkins University is expanding its police force. The university police department is looking to add 20 to 30 officers in 2025, according to a university public safety spokesperson. Currently, there are 12 sworn officers. This is part of the plan to employ about 100 people at the Johns Hopkins Police Department.
