SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A few dozen people gathered in downtown Scranton Sunday afternoon to witness the rising of the Irish flag as we enter the first week of the lucky month.

A social media post about Northern Ireland which used an Irish tricolour has been removed by 10 Downing Street. An edited version of the Instagram post has now been uploaded without the flag.
