Two of Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs’ agency director nominees resigned Wednesday in the face of unbending Republican opposition.

Katie Hobbs ... Dul has worked for the Hobbs administration since Day 1, and previously was the state elections director and general counsel for Hobbs when she was secretary of state.

Gov. Hobbs signed SB1543, a bill that would allow tech company Axon to avoid a referendum election and clear the path for the company to build a new headquarters.
