Two new I-75 exit and entrance ramps at U.S. 301 interchange that cross the Manatee River will open to motorists this week.

The city is planning for many road closures and parking spots will be limited along Friday's parade route, with officials expecting one million fans to turn out to celebrate the Eagles victory.
